Star reviewer so please take notice of my experience. Arrived at hotel on 3rd April from UK. Family of 6, 3 rooms for 3 nights. Upon arrival reception staff seemed concerned, concierge came across and told me I hàd no booking. Hotel had not received booking from booking.com. Reservation was made on 10th Jan, 2 weeks prior to arrival I called hotel and rooms were confirmed. Now we have no booking. I rightly became very frustrated, and asked how this could be. Hotel stuck to their guns they had no booking. After a drawn out heated discussion we were offered 1 night in block A (what was actually booked) and then to be moved to block B for 2 nights. We looked at Block B and rooms were disgusting. Management finally conceded that they had a last minute group booking they had to accomodate and that web bookings are subject to cancellation. Really ? Are they ? Hotel had given our rooms away and now they're trying to blame booking.com. I was heated as anyone who is seeing their holiday be ruined would be. I calmed and booked at another hotel. Now back in the UK, I have contacted booking.com and they have been informed by hotel that they did have the booking, they did have rooms and it was my behaviour and that I walked out of the hotel. Operation "cover up". Why would a guest get heated if they were offered the rooms they had booked. Makes no sense. Management at hotel screwed us and now they are trying to pin it on me. Please look in the mirror and have some shame, behaving like this. We have 5 witnesses and our taxi driver who can back this all up. Look forward to your reply..... Maybe you could include Block B rooms in your next YouTube video.

The service is very prompt, excellent. The staff is very courteous and polite specially kusham and sharvan. We came late night 11 o clock and you all guys are waiting for us to serve well... Loved it....i would highly recommend to visit this hotel.... Thanks for such a great hospitality...

Travelled in Chandigarh for business, hotel is just at right location. Food is good. Room experience is good. Not had chance for dinner, but breakfast fast is really good and healthy. Special thanks to Ms kusham . ........ Thanks velvet clarks exotica
